This de-lish creation tastes just like a strawberry milkshake but without all the dairy and sugar regular milkshakes have!

Replacing the ice-cream with soy milk, vanilla extract, and ice cuts your sugar intake drastically. You also get the added benefit of all the protein in soy milk.

Ingredients

  • 2 Med/Large Bananas
  • 1 Cup of Strawberries
  • 1/2 Cup of Soymilk
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tray of Ice

Instructions

  • 1. Cut up the bananas and put into blender
  • 2. Rinse and cut up the strawberries, put into blender
  • 3. Pour soymilk into blender
  • 4. Add the vanilla extract (add a little more if you really like vanilla)
  • 5. Blend this all up
  • 6. Add in the ice, blend well
  • 7. Pour and enjoy!
