LACTO-FERMENTED CITRUS WINE/DRINK
Not sure it is actually fermented enough to be alcoholic but it certainly has a punch with the citrus. The recipe calls for whey from cottage cheese, but I am sure you could use any liquid whey product just as easily! Lacto-fermented products help digestion. If you haven’t already started using this in your real food diet, you should certainly start this year.
This come to us from Liz at Eight Acres.
Notice a trend for the featured posts? Here is another option for fermenting applesauce. I have to admit this sounds intriguing and will be trying this SOON! Posted by Jessica from Natural Health and Prevention.

This week, I posted a simple recipe for DIY coconut milk, and a delicious way to enjoy it as yogurt! Since most coconut milk has toxic BPA or questionable additives, making your own is cheaper, healthier, and so much more delicious!

Thank you so much for hosting! I shared a Chai Tea recipe. My version does not have black tea and has a few uncommon herbs in it (for extra nourishment). It’s absolutely delicious. Thanks again.
